Lentro is a screen recording app for macOS developed by FREEAI LIMITED. We designed Lentro to keep your data on your own Mac. This policy explains what limited data the app handles.
All screen recordings, microphone audio, and camera footage are captured and saved locally to your Mac (by default in your Movies folder, or a folder you choose). Lentro does not upload, stream, or transmit your recordings anywhere. We never see them.
Lentro has no sign-in and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, or location. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information.
To find and fix crashes, Lentro uses Sentry to collect anonymous diagnostic data — crash logs and basic performance metrics (such as launch time). This data is not linked to your identity and is never used for advertising or tracking. It is used solely to keep the app stable. See Sentry's policy at sentry.io/privacy.
Lentro Pro is unlocked through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payments and transaction data are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment details.
Lentro requests Screen Recording, Microphone, and Camera permissions only to capture the content you choose to record. These are used on-device and only while you are recording.
Lentro is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
